yes, and no, it depends where the spinal injury was, if that is the case. and then determine the nerve damage, but i live near an equestrian training area, and they do have a special harnesss that will keep them strapped inand the sex depends on the injury

There are special horses for paraplegic people to ride. A friend of my niece's has one and has often told me to come over and ride. Just kinda afraid right now is all. I love to ride. As for erections and having sex, as long as there isn't a medical problem regarding these 2 functions, like paralysis, no, there shouldn't be any problem.

It depends on the person.
Most paraplegics can do just about anything able-bodied people can do, but it depends on the exact nature of their problem. Sometimes, spinal cord injuries might affect their ability to have sex. But for the most part, all systems are go! I know from experience. I've had sex with a paraplegic male before.

i'm sure they cant ride horses unless they have someone holding onto them as they ride, but i'm positive they can have an erection and have sex while they sit, unless they're also impotent.

it depends on the level of the lesion, and it depends on the reamining motor nerve or sensory nerves that is spared; Doctors used the ASIA impairment scale with patients diagnosed with SCI.
Paraplegia
Refers to impairment of loss of motor and/or sensory function in the thoracic, lumbar or sacral (but not cervical) segments of the spinal cord, secondary to damage of neural elements within the spinal canal. With paraplegia, arm function is spared, but, depending on the level of injury, the trunk, legs, and pelvic organs may be involved. There are some types of paralysis involving the legs that are described by the impairment they cause.
