well how much time do u guys spend together? if u guys spend lots of time together then maybe u should ask him who he likes. he will be honest with u if u guys are best friends. if he likes u then u guys should go out with each other.

Well if you guys have chemistry i say go for it. If he hints and takes you out on cute dates and if he is a nice guy.. i say go for it... My Fiancee was my best friend and we went out on pretty amzing dates and we're engaged to be married in May... so my answer go for it : )

Tell him how you feel. If he just wants to be friends, then remane that way. But don't let it ruin your relationship as friends.
