You probably have a build-up of wax in your ears, don't try anything at home, see your family doctor ASAP and he/she will help you :)

yawning does help...but it wont fix the problem. If you are stuffed up or have some kind of cold then that is why. Or you could have water in your ears...use an ear drying remedy and it will not only get water out of your ear but will dry the extra water in there. Ifit gets real bad you should ask your doctor. Chewing gum sometimes helps as well.......................and by the way.....MANY peoples ear feels clogged with pressure change

Buy sweet oil from the pharmacy and warm it in a bowl of warm water, not hot! Then lie down and have someone put 3-4 drops in the ear and lie there for 20 min. to get it down in the ear canal. do this to both ears twice a day. You should feel better in a week. If not see a Dr. Also, if you think you have air in them you can use a solution of peroxide and water, warm and put it in each ear, this could help too.

Ear pressure only changes in height or depth...Yes, yawning, chewing, or swallowing helps to relieve the pressure. You could also perform a valsalva maneuver, but I think that would be painful. LOL
* The Valsalva maneuver is performed by attempting to forcibly exhale while keeping the mouth and nose closed.
If you are having pain in your ears when the pressure is present, you should see a doctor to diagnosis for an ear infection... If not, then I advise as above.

Chewing gum is supposed to help. There could be something else going on in there though. If it's wax, go to a pharmacy and get an ear wax cleaning kit but if you've not done it before, go see your doctor so you'll get the idea on proper usage. But seeing your doctor to let him examine why you're having this trouble for so long may be wise.

Well if it its water I am a big swimmer and I use this stuff called Swimmer Ear. I don't know if they still make it but it is basically a water dropper that has rubbing achohol in it and you just drop it in ur ear hold it there and it dries the water all up. I'd recommend 70% rubbing achohol.

take a big bulb syringe in the shower with you and a cup fill the cup with warm water and suck it up with the syringe make sure threes no air (it don't feel to good when air shoots in your ear) then hold your head to the side and shoot the warm water in your ear all kinds of wax and whatever will come out. do it 5 or 6 times to each ear then when you get out of the shower put a little rubbing alcohol in each ear to get all the water out do it every time you take a shower I have been doing that sense I was 20 years old when I went to the Doctor bcouse my ears were plugged up like yours and that's what he did and charged me 100.00 I'm 50 now and I've had good hearing every seance.

Warm Sweet Oil... not hot (it gets hot really fast). It's cheap and you can get it at most drug stores. Just put the bottle in warm water for like a minute and then put a couple drops in your ears. This is also great for ear aches.

it's most likely ear wax. You can buy something for that at the drug store. Or you can go to the Dr's and have them flush your ears out. Good Luck!!!!

yawning does help and will probably be the one thing that finally does it for you when you least expect it. you could also try taking a bath and putting your head under the water a few times. If you have a head cold then you will probably have to wait it out...it sucks.
