Not to scare you or anything, but it sounds like M.S. I have an aunt with some of the same problems you described, like with the vision, so I would ask about that, the doctors may laugh and call you crazy but push for the test they do for M.S. I am no doctor by any means, but find a doctor who will listen and is really respected in their field who will take your problems seriously and see what they tell you. thats the best advice I can give at this point.

I Dont know,
Your symptoms are common to many diseases, so dont get worried about this list below. so far, I cant find one disease with your exact symptoms.
BTW if you have any of the following symptoms, add to your next post.
Do you have rashes? stiff neck, Sleep difficulties? bruising of the skin, bleeding from the gums, frequent infections, fever, pale or purple fingers or toes, difficulty swallowing, Red Eyes, Abdominal pain.
Most symptoms I find also have rashes and fever.

You didnt mention skin problems, or Breathing difficulties....
Acute Sarcoidosis, Schaumann's Disease,Sarcoid of Boeck:
Sarcoidosis is a multisystem disorder that most often affects individuals between 20 and 40 years of age. Acute sarcoidosis is often characterized by fatigue, fever, generalized muscle aches, difficulty breathing (dyspnea), joint pain, swollen glands, skin eruptions, eye irregularities, and/or other symptoms.
The exact cause of sarcoidosis is not known.

You dont have a fever? breathing difficulties
Toxoplasmosis?
Weakened Imune system from another disease or transplant?
(including Hodgkin's lymphoma or AIDS) or if you are receiving immunosuppressant treatment following an organ transplant
Toxoplasmosis? with breathing difficulties. Visual impairment, blind spots. Common parasite called Toxoplasma gondii.
vast majority of people exposed to T. gondii have no symptoms. Among those who do develop symptoms, these are the most common:
Painless swelling of lymph nodes, particularly in the neck
Fever
Malaise (not feeling well)
Also, some people experience the following symptoms:
Flu-like symptoms, including fever, headache, weakness, fatigue or general aches and pains
Pneumonia-like symptoms, including cough, shortness of breath or fever
Visual disturbances, including sensitivity to light, eye pain, blind spots or abnormally teary eyes
Severe headache and stiff neck
Changes in consciousness (delirium)
Difficulty walking
Impaired speech
Seizures

? have or recently had diarrhea with the symptoms?
Probably not, and I dont think acute retroviral syndrome causes blindness, so you can probably ignore this one.
Just to be on the safe side, get an Aids test. Probably doesnt cost anything. You probably dont have Aids, you would probably know if you got stuck with a contaminated needle, someones blood in a cut, etc.
HIV Aids, has three stages, the initial infection stage appears like a viral infection.
Initial stage
The incubation period—the time between when a person is first infected with HIV and when early symptoms develop—may be a few days to several weeks. Flu-like symptoms are common in this first stage of infection, which is called acute retroviral syndrome. Symptoms of acute retroviral syndrome are often mistaken for symptoms of another viral infection, such as influenza or mononucleosis, and may include:
Abdominal cramps, nausea, or vomiting.
Diarrhea.
Enlarged lymph nodes in the neck, armpits, and groin.
Fever.
Headache.
Muscle aches and joint pain.
Skin rash.
Sore throat.
Weight loss.

no but it sounds just like the plague. no joke. There was a form of the plague that cause swollen lymph nodes in the armpit.... are they dark colored (purpleish??blackish?) This sounds very serious. I hope you can find a cause. You may want to consider going to another hospital (childrens hosp ) or doctor that specialized in joints or a pathologist (dr. who studies diseases)... good luck hun

I know it might sound odd, but have you gotten a complete eye exam lately? ..by complete I mean with Dilated Fundus Examination. I am curious of what your fundus might look like. Most diseases give ocular signs/symptoms that are particular of a spacific disease. Does this occur in both eyes, or just one? Have you had a CT Scan and MRI done?

You are very young but have you been checked for rheumatoid arthritis, and also I would see if a possible infection in the spinal cord may be the culprit. A spinal tap will hurt like all get out, but it may be useful.

My advise is go see a diffrent doctor. And try not to freak out about it too much. It could be something really stupid that is easily fix able. But definitly keep going to the doc till you figure it out. It's definitly better to find out sooner rather than later.

Hmmm. Have you been tested for Lupus? Also, I know you say you have been tested for Lyme disease, but your symptoms are really similar to that. Maybe you should ask for another, more in depth test.
