what will happen if liqour will not be able to cash my checks . will they sue employer or me?

checks not bogus . they were given by employer

i quit that job 2 weeks ago . the company will be closed till 2007. how will liqour store get money back.?

They will come back on you as the check passer. You will have to seek recourse against your employer (the check issuer).

If you don't pay back the money then you will be arrested for passing a bad check.

That's a good one. They'd probably want the money from you and then you would get it from your employer. But what you did is nothing new to liquor stores. 5% is a bit much, I suggest you open a bank account or use one of those check cashing places, which charge about 2-3%.

Listen to this advise, get out of town, get out now, never return, or you could go to the liquor store and tell them you want to pay the amount of the check but you charge a 20 percent fee for doing so.

most stores and bars now charge for cashing checks....it has become common to charge a fee for this service...........

you cashed it you will have to make the restitution then you sue the company.
