Oh and to the snotty remark about having enough money to pay for gas. I am going on a missions trip to NYC to actually try and do some good for your country, I have no money I am not paying a cent to go I am a volenteer. Once I am not a student anymore I will be able to pay it. I might have to get a loan from a friend

Have any of you commute out of united states of america with a warrant? I even have. I went to Mexico, had a grand time, confirmed my new passport that I utilized for and have been given authorized collectively as having a warrant from an unpaid DUI cost ticket. i did not finally end up in detention center, and that i've got been given my stamp, and moved alongside. You all are answering this question in line with internet"data", i'm speaking from adventure.

theres a very good chance that you will be ran in the computer to check for outstanding warrants anyway since you are goin thru a checkpoint, but maybe not. i wouldn't take a chance bud, pay the ticket or call the circuit clerk of the county the ticket was issued. ask if theres a warrent for your arrest. if there is, you might be able to take care of it before you go back . if you dont do this and you get stopped for whatever reason they'll find out about it guaranteed and you'll go to jail. this could be pretty hard to fix once youve reached this point as you could be held for awhile ... bring bail money!!!

Probably won't be a problem unless you're stopped by a State Trooper or Police Officer for a moving violation. I'm not sure, but I don't think customs does a background check on people.

Regardless, you should really try and pay the fine as soon as possible. You don't want the penalties to get worse. You also do n't want to have to continue to worry about what might happen in every state you visit.

Yes, you more than likely have an arrest warrant. I would suggest simply calling the court system in NH and getting it paid. Once paid, get a document in your hand via fax or mail that says it has been paid and the warrant has been overturned....just in case someone forgets to update online records and you get stopped by law enforcement.

once they enter you id n* in the system it will kick out a failure to appear warrant from there they will contact NH authorities if they are willing to travel to pick you up then they border agent will place you in custody till they come and get you should they not come the warrant will be voided out and no further jeopardy to you customs agent do a cursory wants and warrant on everybody that enters or leaves don't fool yourself the NCIC is shared and can be accessed both by U.S. and RCPM who in turn its data base is shared by all Canadian police agencies no escape Pal

No-they don't search your credentials as you go state to state. Or for when you enter the U.S. They're looking for bigger things than that, but I wouldn't advise getting pulled over. If you do you may be arrested because your ticket has gone to a bench warrant by now. You can always go pay your ticket, call the district you received it in, and you can even mail it.

They will not arrest you as you enter the country for that.

For those of you that thumbsdowned me, my friend in Windsor, Ontario came into Michigan with traffic warrants many times. they will run his name at the INTERNATIONAL border, but they won't arrest him there for a ticket.

if you can afford the gas to come this far then you can afford to pay the ticket...pay your ticket...
