I'm recovering from mono about 3-4 months ago. It was pretty bad, sick for a long time. Swelling, enlarged spleen, liver was in bad shape...neck was huge from the lymph nodes....anyways, i'm better, still dealing with the fatique. I'm back at school and playing soccer as best as I can with recovering....which really sucks. But I've noticed during a game(which we only have 12 players, so i basicly play 90mins) my face swells up, and I can barely keep my one eye open. This has never happened pre-Mono. When i was sick, i had my whole face swollen to the point I could barely keep my eyes open.....so it makes me think its the mono. Why does it do this? Is it something else? Is there anything I can do for it?
