and i'm not asking about people that can't speak english or anything, i'm asking about like mute people. the people that understand their language but just aren't capable of speaking. because my mother's friend came over, and the friend's sister can't speak. i felt really sorry for her when i heard.

I'm not completely sure, but I beleive that they can make noises so that would mean that it isnt because of their vocal cords or anything. I beleiev it has something to do with their brain not being able to properly send the message to their mouth and vocal cords to enable them to speak. I hope that makes sense.

there are many ways that this could happen
the applet hit an error and cannot load (psyclological problem)

brokin durring shipping (birth defect)

a short occoured between the machenery and the computer (nerve damage)

She may have been born with a physical deformity of her vocal cords or maybe she had an injury...see website below for more details

with a stroke you have aphasia, with other neurological diseases IE ms,Parkinson's, dystonia of the jaw,dental oral diseases tmj after radiation after surgery
