You can always your Sunsilk's anti-poof shampoo/conditioner, then use a curling/straightening balm, blow dry and straighten/curl it.

use a lot of conditioner and rinse it out in cool water. It will weigh the hair down.

or you could always flat-iron it ... but that takes forever.

too much body should never be a problem but you can pluck some out with a tweezer

i don't know either, i have a lot of body and i need to know how to get loose waves in my very straight, thick hair...
