Can veterans who have 100% VA military compensations earn as much money as they want?

100% compensation, not 100% unemployed compensation. Also, can they go back to school and use Voc. Rehab. 31 benefits?

Check the VA department website...http://www.va.gov/

I know that people on SSI or SSDI (Social Security Income or Suplimental Security Disability Income) can have a MAXIMUM of $2,000 in their name before they lose benefits.

I believe you can use Voc/ Rahab.

But I don't think you can earn as much money as you want. I think there is a limit like part time only.
The best way to find out is to call and ask or look on the website.
