Being open minded and genuine can be very 'unpredictable'. Men typicaly expect women to be materialistic and fake.

Doing things out of the ordinary. If you usually walk into subway for lunch at noon, don't anymore!
You have a routine and follow it so just don't follow it any more, predictable is boring and I think that's why you and that guy are bored so do something different.

I know how guys think, if you let a guy know your every thought...all you'll do is allow him to get to know every part of you and then they begin to play games etc..so I believe it is best not to tell him where, who, what, where, why,..
