Most warrants have an extradition limit set by the issuing agency. It may state a mileage radius, a certain area like "southeastern states only" or "bordering states only" or even "in state only". The final decision comes from the issuing agency or court. In your question, Arizona would call Washington and tell them they have you. Washington would then have to tell Arizona if they were willing to come get you. If not you are set free. It is not up to Arizona to send you anywhere. The more serious your crime the more distance they are willing to travel.

It would depend on the crime the warrant was issued for. Some warrants specify geographical limits and if you are outside those limits you will not be arrested. it takes a very serious crime for a state to issue a Governors warrant nationwide. If you know you have a warrant go to Washington state turn yourself in and take the consequences then you will not have to worry.

If you come up as having a warrant anywere in the US you'll be arrested no matter what state you are in. However, I live in AZ, and can tell you people are extradited all the time.

I think Arizona would hold you and notify Washington and Washington would come down and pick you up. I was under the impression that any state would do the same.
