Floam is a kid's toy, it made of special, tiny micro beads that stick to one another to form anything you want. sort of like clay but "bubbly". Once dry FLOAMED objects will last for years. However, floam is water soluble, so get it soaking wet and leave it wet for the longest you can to be able to wash it off. Fill the tub and soak your hair only for some good 10 minutes and wash it off. Read the entire OFFICIAL FAQ on my source. And please be careful, even if it's just a toy.
Do not ice, butter, peanut butter, cut, mayonnaise it, etc. It's WATER SOLUBLE, oil based products will make it worse.

Peanut butter works on gum, maybe it would break down the floam as well.
Rub the area with peanut butter and wait a few minutes, wipe with a dry towel to pull out a little at time. Repeat till out.

I know what floam is, kids moldable stuff that comes in a tub, bright colored. Use peanut butter, it gets gum out. It should work for floam too. If that doesn't work, soak in vinegar.

Floam is that gooey silly putty type stuff with the little white foam balls in it right? Um, well I'd wash it and then try to brush it out with a toothbrush. Gosh, I'm tryin' to think of what it was that I used when I got silly putty in my hair 4 years ago... hold on I'll get back to you.

Apply ice. When floam hardens, gently comb out of hair. I think it will work anyway! LOL! Who invented that darned floam anyway??
