Relax.Stop taking yourself so seriously. Do something fun at least once a day..if it's just take a walk. You are only hurting yourself.I just went to a memorial service for my best friend's 88 year old father today. I looked at all of her pictures of him..and I never saw one where he wasn't relaxed and smiling..and he smiled right until the end of his life.

I would suggest you could read some of the great writers on these topics such as Solomon in Ecclesiastes or Seneca the Roman philosopher both have some good writing about how to live a life with less misery, stress and anger.

concentrate on helping others in true need. This will take emphasis off yourself and realize how bad others condiion is an d leads to you feeling like you are satisfied with what you have emotionally as well as physical things. you will learn to accept others and develop compassion and hatred will lessen in your mind, gveing you peace. Follow whatever spiritual beliefs you have and continue to search for meaning through studying more about it, fine tune it so it jives with your values. If not, try other beliefs systems until you find a perfect fit. Life means growth not stagnation. Good luck and may God rectify your condition.

Look at yourself and determine what is causing you to feel so miserable. Ask God to help you. Search the scripture daily to follow His Way to find peace in your soul. Look for ways to serve others and you will find unbelievable happiness.
When you look at the troubles of others, you will see that yours are not so bad. For example: My husband died on August 2, 2006 and I was very stressed from it, then I saw another in anguish from pain and others suffering from various things. I thank God that He is with me and that I have some portion of health and faith that He will not allow me to be tempted beyond what I can stand.

First of all, cleanse your self and your area often (see my answer on giving a house blessing), at least once a month. If anger is still overwhelming you, find a safe way to express it, not as in communicate it, but get it out of you, get away from the city and scream or roar until it all gets out.

I hope that helps.

miserable, tired. stressed out....why? simple are you :getting enough rest, eating a balanced diet, taking on the troubles of the world?
you can only clean up you side of the street, your mess. you need to listen to your body for signs of overexerting yourself physically, once you check with medical personnel to see if you are in need of medication of some underlying issue, then you need to have a serious look at your mind set about your life with someone who is neutral perhaps a physiologist, a minister .or a trusted friend/parent/councilor.
if it persists get help, if they don't listen shout louder until some one hears you.......
in other words get some help.

Punch a pillow, eat, drink, go for a walk (even if it's in the middle of the night), write down your hatred, do yoga, do martial arts, throw those cheap plates across a room, scream, practice archery, go hunting, go fishing, enter a racing competition... do ANYTHING that doesn't stress you out majorly, I guess.

Only YOU can help yourself. It's a mental thing. NO ONE can make you angry or sad, unless YOU allowed them to. Emancipate yourself from mental slavery, none but YOURSELF can free your mind. Let it go, forgive and forget. Why let all these nonsensical things destroy our moods and life? The next time it happens, take some slow deep breaths ... and walk away ... feeling better :-) Cheers!
