ok.....Im 17 years old and there is this kid that sits next to me in class, kind of sorta lives by me. and he is 1 year younger than me well I saw his right next to me at a stop light and he tryed to race me... of course he one but he hardly looked over at me... the next day I brought it up and the first thing I said was "you only one because I didnt want to get a ticket for racing" he knew exactly what I was talking about and then I said Ill beat you home today.....It took me a while to get in my car while he was already sitting in his while I walked by him .... by the time I got to my car and put the convertible down he was totally out of my mind....as I was exiting the parking lot he was there waiting for me just in time to get in front of my...... of coaurse he beat me home again.......He also said he loved me in a joking manner the day before!!!! do you think he likes me????

Sometimes the direct approach is best, just ask. But if that seems too bold for your liking, look for the following signs. Pay attention to your conversations with the person in question.
1) Does this person show a special interest in having a conversation with you and, once started, make an effort to keep that conversation going?
2) Has this person taken a sudden interest in your life and hobbies? This is a sure sign that he or she is interested in something.
3) Other elements of body language include frequent eye contact, holding your gaze and looking down before looking away.
4) Does the person you're wondering about just plain smile at you a lot?

i have a friend exactly like that. he was 16...and i was 15. he told me he loved me and everything....but truthfully...he just wanted someone to pay attention to him. ur man maybe different. cuz he sounds sweet. but don't let ur guard down. keep both eyes open, don't let him play you. but if i were you, instead of wondering. just ask. it's better to be honest. ask him through messengerif ur not comfortable in person. but let him know that u r interested. good luck. i have home coming this week, plz help me w/ my problem...under relationships...dating...homecoming help...thanks so much. good luck.

I hope your parents have a good life insurance policy. Shouldn't be racing in cars with boys....
