I know theres more colors for ds lite.

It's smaller, and has some minor improvements made to it. But actual feature-wise, they are the same.

The DS lite is smaller and weighs less. In general it's the same, even if the name "lite" is a bit confusing.
It has the same features, no advantages or disadvantages compared to the DS, and the case is a little bit different.

Better resolution, brighter screen and 4 settings for the backlight feature (Off, light, lighter and lightest).

Both are crappy PSP rocks a whole lot better. Mario is out-dated get hip to the new items.
