Friends with benefits is more soemthing that just happens than something that is arranged. If you both have a great friendship, why risk ruining that when she has already said no to a reltionship? Yeah sure, sex is great, but it complicates a situation faster than anything else. It sounds like this is a one sided feeling as far as the romance goes, adn I think friends are alot more important than sex.

No, it's not bad, it's honest. You're bein straight up and I know I'd appreciate it. Just be sure that no feelings are involved already and be sure the best you can that no one will catch any. Yea, the best "friends with benefits" hook ups to me are those that are really friends and you can trust and you know you'll be friends no matter what direction it goes in.

sure why not? If it works really well she might be attracted to you. It is possible that you may lose your friendship with her if you ask her that question but you never know. Look what happen to Jerry Seinfeild in the episode The switch.

What the hell? It's not a bad thing to have friends with benefits!
Give her this poem I wrote for you;
Well my friend,
The time has come.
Drop your pants,
And give me some.
Now isn't that touching?

If I were her, I would not want to complicate the relationship. Sex just makes things more complicated.

ask yourself, are you ready to lose the friendship? even if she agrees, and things go wrong, it will never be the same. once you cross that line of intimacy there is no going back.
