FireFox has served me far better as a web browser than Internet Explorer. However, there is still much you can do to expand on FireFox, including getting extensions.

Which ones would you recommend? Also, what else can I do to truly bring out the best in FireFox, and have as optimal an online experience as possible? Thanks.

I would definately reccomend IE tab, which allows you to switch between Internet Explorer rendering and Firefox rendering (meaning you can view pages that can only be run in IE by starting a version of it within firefox)

Look for the most popular downloads.

However, what I want in my firefox isn't necissarily what YOU would want and vice versa. Only YOU can answer what is best for you.

And, yes, Firefox IS much better for my uses.

Go to the website Chris posted... browse for extensions that YOU think would be useful. I use... unhide passwords, video downloader, page title eraser, tab x, active stop button, and new tab homepage. Have you done the speed tweaks involving your userchrome.css file? Check out this page:

I like the Pimpfish toolbar. It let's you snag ANYTHING (music, photos, video (embedded or not) off a page.

It only lasts thirty days as a trial, but when it expires, it STILL WORKS (but limits you to one DL at a time, so no biggee....)

Kudos for using Firefox!
