Hi there! I just started them a month ago and my hair is healthier, stronger, fuller, and much longer (comparitive than to if I had allowed it to grow naturally without the assistance of these vitamins). The reason is due to the fact that you are getting a large amount of necessary vitamins. Not only does your hair grow, but you all around feel better! You can purchase them super cheap on ebay. The brand I use is "Now prenatal Caps". Good luck.
P.S. Taking these vitamin tablets are a good idea, but they won't allow for maximum hair health and growth alone. Some other factors to consider (if you'd like) are as follows:
-Diet: are you getting an overall balanced diet with lots of protein and fruits and veggies? Don't go crazy (or poor) here by spending lots of time and money. Just make small adjustments in this direction and your entire being will thank you almost instantly! (Actually give it about 72 hours for your body to be able to filter out the remainders of the bad and for your body to stop craving the sugars; it's challenging, but well worth it). The processed sugars are not any good for anyone but the manufacturing company!!!
-Which type(s) of shampoo, conditioner, and styling products are you using? I love "Mane and Tail"; you will get mixed reviews on the use of this product, however, I found it to be absolutely wonderful in accompaniment with my prenatal vitamins. You may also want to try their detangler and shine on sprays to contnue protecting your hair from the elements (esp. sun adn wind) with adding some of the conditioner to your hair. However, since everyone's hair is different, you may want to simply try for yourself and see if it serves your personal needs. if you do not like this product, you may want to try "regenerist" from bumble and bumble. Although advertised for men, it will work wonderfully on everyone! However, be prepared to take out a small loan to be able to afford it on a consistant basis.... : )
- Do you exercise? This is almost (if not equally) as important as dietary habits. I know how hectic life can be, but try to workout a minimum of an hour three times a week. But, hey, don't stress out over this. If it is not feasible with the way your life is now, no biggie. Just work up to this level slowly, but surely, if you are able.
- Also, how are you styling your hair? Gels, mousses, hair spray, heat, blow dryers=damage city! Yikes! These will cause weakening of the hair follicules and will not promote growth of any kind. try to lay off of this best as you are able to but still feel good about your hair.
- Oh man, here comes the one all girls hate: yes, the split ends, you got to be brave and cut them off (never use a razor at the salon- it is a bad idea for your ends). I hate it too! But we girls have got to be brave together and cut them off to allow for our healthy hair to replace these dead ends!
- How are you shampooing and brushing your hair? this is more important than most think. the key here is to always do everything with your hair as gently as possible. Be good to your hair and be amazed at how good it can be to you.
- Perhaps you may also want to try scalp massages at night; just every gently massage your scalp with the pads of your fingers in gentle, small circular motions for approximately five-ten minutes.

Ultimately, nothing is a magic pill and time is the true dictator when it comes to how fast one's hair will grow. However, hopefully some of these tips will serve you in your hair growing adventure! I wish you all of the good luck and patience that you will need. I apologize if I gave you too much to read! I really hope that by sharing what I have learned from being in the same boat as you, it will save you time and effort!
GOOD LUCK!!!!!
P.S. wish me luck too my friend!
P.P.S. Also, I was just thinking about it and here are some ideas that I left out:
- please refrain from brushing your hair at all when it is wet. If you must, use a wide tooth comb
-aside from the wide-tooth comb to use when hair is wet, invest in a 100%Boar-bristle brush and gently use it as th eonly other brush to comb your hair.
- do not use super tight rubber bands (especially the ones with metal on your hair if you can). Also, try to avoid braiding it. However, you may want to keep it back in a loose ponytail when you sleep to avoid tangling.
- Use my favorite hair mask every other week by making a bowl of mayoneise, raw eggs, and avocados and putting on wet hair. Cover with a plastic bag for thrity minutes. You can also put a hot blow-dryer on the plastic bag to speed and intenstify the absorption process (but i would try not to use a blow dryer other than this).
-Do not dye hair, with one exception, and that is to get a professional semi-permanent the same color as your hair. Only do this once and this is optional. However, a semi-permanent can serve to fill in holes in your hair strands and add to it's luster and overall health. I will spare you the chemistry behind this reaction (yes, I am a chemistry geek). Go to your local beauty college to have this done (they are way better than salons because they have the lastest knowledge and are super cheap! They make you sign a disclaimer, however, I have never had a problem with them and my mom has been going to them for over twenty years).
-keep super well hydrated with your H2O!!! Don't go all overkill but do your best.
okay, I'll stop bombarding you now! Sorry, I just wanted to help.

Yes, I did not make m hair grow. You need to do is start stimulating your scalp by messaging it twice a week with a great hair dressing which contains vitamins and natural herbs. You do this to help the blood circulate to the hair follicles to promote hair growth. Especially around the hairline and temple areas. This work much faster and it's cheaper than buying vitamins.

No, not Prenatal vitamins.

A male Friend of mine would use old expirated birth control pills, crush them and add water, mix them 'til it became a pasty substance and would apply that mixture to his balding head.

He used it to grow hair back.

And you know what...?

It actually worked! Everybody here at the office noticed his head right away. Try this mixture for hair loss only

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aL9AD While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

My sister has had two babies, and she swears by prenatal vitamins. Her nails are really nice and long, and her hair did grow much faster, shinier and thicker. She still takes them.
