First, get the story straight, so you know whats next. But if he's involved be his friend!!! You can win him over with your personality, so when they break up hell already have his new girlfriend in sight.
Advice: Don't do anythin with him while theyre together. If you do, it shows he has no respect for relationships, thiers or your future one, and youll be seen as the s*ut who ruined their relationship!!!!

There are many other boys, I'm sure. Especially in High School. Just forget about him, & most of the time, guys who go to the prom with a girl, it means they most likely have feelings for each other. Which in my dictionary, would mean.......move on.

I think you should just ask the young man if he is dating anyone. In this way you will avoid the "cat and mouse" game. Second, does he notice you. Does he give you the slightest indication that he is interested in you? If both of these answers are "no" then I would forget about him. You're a junior, and he is a senior---this means that he is graduating, and moving on. My suggestion is wait for love to find you---then you won't have to second guess yourself.

just because he went to the prom with her
doesn't mean that they're "going out".
especially if he's a senior
if you really think that they're not dating...
you have to go right up to him and say,
"tom, are you and cindy going out?"
if he says "yes"
it's not so bad for you, really
because
1) you've proven your maturity to him (which he'll like because he's a senior now and he's beginning to appreciate maturity in the people he hangs out with)--and he WON'T laugh at you behind your back (unless you're a real toad and he's a real jerk)
and,
2) he'll start thinking about if he SHOULD drop the other girl and start dating you
if he says, "no"
then, you say, "well...cool. do you wanna go to the game with me tomorrow nyx?"
if you find out that he really is going out with this other girl,
don't ask him out
--it's skanky
don't forget him
but, don't wait for him

Get to know him as a freind. This gives you an opportunity to know for sure. Don't make yourself obvious and don't jump into the subject the first time you talk to him. Wait until you two are close enough to be friends before you ask him about his love life. Make it a casual conversation - it's that easy.

hang out with him. show him your personality and then get to know each other. it's very common just to ask someone to the prom so you have a date. Make. A. Move.

I think you should live your life to the fullest. If they should break up ,who knows what could happen?! In the meantime, girlfriend, you are NOT going to waste your precious time HOPING that things go wrong with them so you MAY have a chance.

I don't see why a girl just can't live her life and wait for men or young men to approach her, without always feeling they have to target someone, especially someone who's involved with another.

Ask him if he's going out with that girl. Don't be afraid. If he says something like that was his sister (which happened to my friend), then you have a good chance of being with him. =)
