Well one of my older brothers friends (I'm only one year younger) likes me alot and I like him, too. We want to go out with eachother, but we both have no idea on how to tell my brother that his little sister and best friend want to go out with eachother.. So does anybody have any ideas on what we should do/say?

Well first off I think that its very respectful of you both to consider your brothers feelings on the whole subject. Personally I think your brothers friend should tell him that the two of you like each other and that he would like to ask you out but that you both agree to talk to him first. Tell him that you would prefer that he was okay with it but before you talk to him you both need to decide what your going to do if he isn't for it. I mean will you still date either way?? if so you need to be ready for both outcomes.

be honest with your brother and tell him straight away he might be freaked out at first but atleast you hav'nt been lying and besides if you are all that close it should'nt matter he must be a really great guy for you both to care for him so much. GoodLuck

Your brother's friend needs to say something to your brother.
Nothing deep, just, "hey, I think your sister's the bomb, and I'm going to ask her out". Not permssion, just a "heads up"

Brothers and family come first --- always --- they will likely be there for you long after a fling comes and goes... Talk to your brother first and be straight up with him about your feelings..

I went out with one of my brother's friends once we didn't ask permisson we just did it my brother got over it

If you can't own up to your feelings, maybe they are not worth exploring further. Do you like his friend- or is it the thrill of doing something naughty and getting caught?
Just tell your brother.
It's not like you're getting married tomorrow right? You are dating. He'll get over it.
