Okay I'm in my late teens and theres this awesome guy that I know that is quite a bit older (not creepy older, just older than what I thought I was looking for). And I so totally unexpectedly got this huge crush on him! I thought it'd go away if I made it the farthest thing from my mind but now it's been going on a WHILE and I dunno what to do. I'm not gonna act on it or say anything but how should I be feeling? And by the way, I think he may like me too. We've got a growing friendship but not one where we would just hang out. What do I do and how should I feel and am I totally weird?

I can't stop thinking about him, that's the reason I came to you guys!

I don't understand why the crush is inappropriate. How old are you? And what's "creepy old"????

If you're not going to act on it, why worry? But it sounds like maybe you will act on it, given enough encouragement.

How should you feel? There's no "should" to feelings - you feel what you feel.

you aren't totally weird.. i have had 2 totally weird crushes( much too old for me) that i have sorta acted on but nothing that was against the law and another one that i just let go.. most guys, if much older, get an ego boost when they know that a younger girl likes them, and if not married or commeited will act on if (sometimes). Just make sure it doesn't get too out of hand! Another thing is try to keep it to yourself or to close friends only. I made the mistake when i told somepeople and that is one thing that people will spread like butter on toast, and it also can put the man in trouble if you are underage. it is a totally different relationship with one that is with an older man and is kept secret but can still be alot of fun at times!! good luck and just remember if you are feeling guilty or unsure of yourself than you need to get out of it and try to stop the feelings for him!!

No way are you weird! It's totally normal to sometimes develop crushes on the most unlikely people. It just means that there's something in him that you find attractive. It could be something as simple as the sound of his voice sets off something in your mind. If he's not creepy older, and a relationship between you wouldn't be illegal or anything, then go for it! (Just go slow, the same as you should for any relationship.)

Age difference doesn't matter. If you think he likes you to and you have a crush on him, make the first move. Ask him out for a movie or grab some food together and build on that. You'll hang out with him more and then you'll realize if you should act on it or not. If you still want a relationship with him, then ACT ON it. Remember, age doesn't matter. Love does.

Don't worry about it. You're not weird. Don't pursue a romantic relationship with him if you think he's too old for you... and if you're still a minor (it will be illegal). There's nothing wrong with having a crush on someone who is older than you unless it's keeping you from dating guys closer to your own age.

Say how you feel about him. If you think he feels the same too, go for it! And age doesn't matter! Just go for it! If you wanna play it safe, wait for a few days to a week, then ask. =)

I don't understand the question........you didn't give ages. And besides it sounds like you've already made up your mind.
