Shrooms like any other drug is really an enhancement of the subconscious mind. If someone says they had a really bad time it's because there was a great deal of negative energy within the substrata of the external persona. Drugs like LSD and PCP really only accentuate what the person really is. If the outcome of the drug inducement is violent then the person had a violent suppression in the psyche whereas a peaceful person under the same influence would exhibit differing behavior. People who drink alcohol are more an example of this psychology as they are more readily available for observation than those on more serious mind altering drugs. If a person is in a bad mood when getting drunk it is more likely they will become violent. Conversely if a person is experiencing some form of elation then getting drunk will bring out the party! So you get the picture?

Yeah...I'll admit it. I've had shrooms before.
The effects lasted for about six hours, and I thought I was going to die! I thought the walls were melting, and there were demons after my soul. I almost got run over by a car on my way home, because I got the bright idea to walk 2 miles home while high.
Afterward, I didn't feel "normal" for 3-4 days.
If you ever use shrooms, I recommend appointing a "sober" friend who agrees to keep an eye on you while you are under the influence, so you don't get the idea that you are faster than a speeding bullet, or can fly or something!

Yes but that was a LONG time ago when my then boyfriend had a best friend in the mafia and they had access to any dope they wanted. In major quantities. But none of us messed with all of it very much because it was not for using, it was all for big profit. These were not dopeheads wasted all the time, it was a business. I didn't want to get too experimental, so I opted for 'shrooms because it was really mellow and fun with a group of people. But after you ingest them, you get this weird kind of bloated feeling in your stomach like you needed to belch but really couldn't. It didn't last long and the high itself came on slowly and lasted about three hours. It just made you feel kinda happy and distorted your perceptions a bit, but there were no radical hallucinations or scary stuff. And when they wore off you didn't feel all sick like from alcohol or bummed out. And no one can get addicted to shrooms.

As a health care provider saw a girl who shared an 1/8 th of shrooms with her room mates. She was red, sweating, drooling and unable to talk to walk on her own. She was having a grand ol' time try some their great!
