The borders cross us....Its all about geography and yes illegal immigration is only because of social and economic phenomenon....The laws need to be changed to allow these people to be legal and stop criminalizing them....Most are not criminals with felonies, but ordinary people seeking a better life....

Employers exploit illegals for low wages. The government should make a crackdown on these exploiters instead of the immigrants.

They are so breaking the law.

Where on earth did you get the idea that they weren't?

All countries have these laws, including Mexico.

In fact, Mexico's are a lot stricter than ours.

They are ruining our schools and degrading our health care and services by taking funds that are not meant for them, which we pay for our own people.

The Mexican border did not jump any of THESE people. All those the Mexican border jumped have long since been Americans, and are firmly against illegal immigration. (Look up your statistics on those who have been here more than 2 generations, since you won't believe me.)

Your argument is very supportive of imposing and increasing all fines and penalties relevant to illegal immigration. You contest the very existence of our legal system, and probably our country.
Instead, I hope that you would support the efforts of the US Border Patrol, and if you're a mexican citizen, work to fix YOUR country, please, and stop bitching about ours. Mexico has many many problems that they refuse to fix, and expect our country to fix for them. It is time for them to fix their own problems and stop asking the United States.

Support the US Border Patrol!

acctually i think that if somebody has to dig a tunnel, sneak in the trunk of a car, climb in a fence, or be snuck in by cargo crates to get in this country they are illegal and its not our system thats ****** up. and if they want to be legal in this country they should take the freakin test and make it so employers dont get fined for not knowing 1 of their employee's is a illegal immagrant

so your saying, that americans are lazy and spoile?

humm i care to disagree seeing i put in 8-12 hours days and 40-60 hour weeks working at a laborer job only making 10.85 and hour and that is with college.

while i go downtown and see illegals as we will call it making 20-40 dollars an hour just to sweep and mop the corprate buildings we have there?

hmm i would love to do that over my job anytime and get paid what they do for it.

I think that the illegals are the immagrants. While they may be doing some of the jobs that Americans won't take, they still are breaking the law by being in the country, when they are not supposed to be.

If the US government didn't want illegal workers, they would not be here. It's all about big business...until we admit that, we should not even post answers and questions in this section.

if one is loyal to his country he should be prepared to face hardships in his country, not run away to another country that too as an illegal. as long as people have this thought of looking for greener pastures outside their own country, the problem of illegals is difficult to put an end to. Come on be loyal to your country , live and die in your own country.
