Because the most shallow, self centered, stuckup girls (or skinny girls basically) see every little physical flaw in everything in life, including their own bodies. If a skinny girl thinks she is just one pound over weight, then she feels fat, or wants to hear other people say "Oh, your not fat, you're so beautiful." Me, I like to see a little meat on girls.

they are trying to make you laugh and pay attention to the way they look. They need the boost to their ego. Help em out, what does it cost ya? right nothing and it gives em a little good feeling about their appearance. you know be a little nice today. It might pay back more than you ever dreamed of.

I know! My friends are always saying that. && It does irritate me. Cause some of my friends are actually fat and they say that like right in front of my fat friend's faces and its like yeah you call youself fat? && plus anyone who wears hollister cannot be considered fat. I use to be really fat. && I felt like weird everytime one of my skinny friends said that. Like it made me feel uncomfortable.

so they can have other people say " no your not, your gorgeous". they would rather say something negative about themselves to have others look at them.
