Because it doesn't. And the water would probably pick up the taste of whatever container it was put in.

Besides the possibility of water picking up a metalic taste, it doesn't sell well that way. You know, zeltser comes in cans, and that is only water, with carbonation. But not plain water. So it is a marketing thing. I think it is cheaper in plastic, too.

um cause......Yeah thats a good question!!! But I guess its jsut easier to get it from the sink or from a bottle/gallon. Cause like havent you noticed water either comes in a water bottle in the gallon with the "handle". So im guessing its cause in a can you wont be able to dirnk right from it or it dosent have soemthing like a handle

Water would take on the taste of the aluminum can. Soda doesn't do this due to the acids in the soda.

I don't know why it isn't sold that way, but in disaster relief, distilleries from local beer distributors donated canned purified water to areas where water was contaminated.

Water is valuable to make it costly. It is a source of life. It is for everone. Nobody should be denied of water because he or she cannot afford the price.

because that would reverse the process of what they were trying to do...remove the "metal tasting agents"
if they put it in a can, then...it would just get all of those agents back again.
hope i could help!
