I am not Jewish, but my belief is that Jews have varying personal religious beliefs, just like people of any other religion, but that they focus a lot on religious laws and customs, such as Bar Mitzvas or adhering to the practice of only eating Kosher foods.

From reading "The Lexus and the Olive Tree" by Thomas L. Friedman, who is Jewish, I learned from an anecdote that one possible belief of Jews is that God can be seen in the good actions of men, whereas in the Torah/Old Testament he was more literally visible.

1) Rabbi, not rebi...

2) correct, no new testament, no jesus. no trinity.

Judaism belives in a single, all encompassing, all powerful, absolutely singular, unified, undivided God, all knowing, all powerful, all loving.

Judaism does NOT have an eternal hell like christanity, God forgives by will, not requiring a sacrifice(in temple times and previous, the sacrifices were symbolic, to represent that repentance)

Jesus was *NOT* the jewish messiah. the jewish messiah was never meant to be god incarnate, half-god-half man, or any more divine than any of us, or a sacrifice, or anything else like that.

the jewish messiah also was not intended to die in the process... but be a king, a leader,

by Jewish standards, the idea of Jesus being any more divine than you or I, is Idolotorous and/or polytheistic.
by jewish standards, the trinity, is polytheism.

Judaism is *NOT* a spiritual path per se, its purely a religion, it focuses on this life, and God, it doesn't pretend to deal with the afterlife really much at all, but living a good life in this life, and leaves the spiritual aspect to the individual. but, many of the customs especially in relation to the aftelife) are based (with varying degrees of removal) upon kabbalistic beliefs, (jewish mysticism)

The Jewish people worship the God of their forefathers, Abraham, Isaac, & Jacob.

They believe that the Land of Israel is God's Gift to them, & their most important Prophet is Moses, because he was the Prophet whom God Spoke through to Pharoah when they were all slaves in Egypt. After they were all freed, God Gave Moses to give to them the Law, on Mount Sinai.

I'm not Jewish, BTW. But, I know much about this monotheistic religion. For more info. on Judaism, go here:

Jews believe in one God (like Christians and Muslims). They believe in the Old Testament (Five Books of Moses), which they call the Torah. Also the scriptures in books called the Talmud and Kaballah (the book of myticism).

The Kaballah has been very popular with certain celebrities of all faiths.
