OK here it is more clearly.
Is it a good idea to air debatable doctrine as fact. Would it not be smarter to preface any area that we know there is disagreement by saying IT IS MY PERSONAL OPINION.
istead of saying if you do not believe in (the trinity, eternal security, rapture, opinions on Gen. etc) then you are a irrepairably damaged person

Yes, there is a problem. The fact is, according to 1 Corinthians 1:10 that there are NO divisions among true Christians and that they are to be "fitly united in the same mind and in the same line of thought."

The biggest problem that I see is they try to pigeon hole everything in life when in actually it cannot be done! They have excuses for everything they try to justify as being one way or another. When in actuality they don't even have a uniform excuse for everything, each one has a different opinion on certain things like the devil and sin. Its INSANE! I don't ascribe to any religion but find Eastern Philosophy to equate to my understanding in life much better than Christianity. I do not dislike any Christians at all but I sure wish they would get to together and agree uniformly on what they think is right and wrong!

Everyone needs to be tolerant. A friendly debate being one thing... suicide bombing being a completely different thing. Open mindedness is key. No one should be punished for what they believe. Or put themselves above the others for that matter. But in reality, there will always be a battle of egos. Because that is what it really boils down to.

I agree with you. There are so many denominations, and I've always said that as long as we all agree that Jesus is the son of God and He died and was resurrected for our sins, we are saved. It makes me cringe when I read some of the things that are written in the name of christianity. Showing ( and feeling ) a Christlike love for our fellow man is the only hope we have for a good testimony.

Good point. I wish more people understood that. Ever heard the song "They Will Know We Are Christians By Our Love"? It's getting harder to tell any more. I love God and try hard to follow the principles of the Bible, but the most important one in my opinion is to LOVE ONE ANOTHER.

Satan's best tactic against the church of Jesus Christ is to divide and conquer. It's so easy when we are not equipped to stand upon the word of truth and refuse to accept divisions between us and choose to work together to spread the Gospel.

What is the point of the "question"? Are you making a statement, or asking something?
