My girlfriend and I have been going out for about eight months and I am moving across the state. I don't really want to do the long distance relationship but I don't know what to tell her.HELP!!!!!

if you don't want to do a long distant relationship than there is only one thing left to do and that would be to break up with her. i would let her down gently and tell her that you dont think that you could be in a long distant relationship and that you feel the only other option would be to break up. i would tell her it was nothing she did and perhaps that you still love her but things came up and you have to go.

Start by telling the truth, yes love hurts but place yourself in her shoes, how would you want someone to approach you in telling you goodbye but I hope we can still remain friends because I don't want the stressful long distance relationship?She must not be that serious if you can't try to see if its going to work? If you can't be honest with her about your feelings, then you don't really have a relationship. Trust her to be strong enough to handle disappointment and tell her the truth. Anything less is disrespectful.

i dated a guy that lived in florida and i live in michigan. the long distance stuff is really hard. tell her how you feel. if she really likes you then she will understand. maybe you can visit her every once in a while.

been there...when i moved to the other side of town since i couldn't visit her she called one day and called it quits...boohoo...i never try ed calling her back and that was it
