they're registered nurses... but they lucked into getting a job with the mother-baby unit. from there, they got put into the nursery.

there's really not a specialty required to work in a nursery, it's pretty much just luck of the draw. but the nursery nurses are just registered nurses, either ASN or BSN -- doesn't really matter.

pediatric nurse but you can't get a degree for it or anything. YOu have to become a RN and then ask the hospital if u culd work with pedis
