Make sure the DA has his social securitu number and they will find him, even take of giving you all his tax refund, they can also take all the money out of his bank account...

Your best bet is to use your local attorney generals office. That is their job, to find dead beat dads. If he has all ready been ordered to have payments taken out of his paychecks then his employer will have a problem also. The attorney general can find a dad with very little information. If he is in contempt of court they can and would probably issue a arrest subpoena so he can't disappear to keep from paying. Then where ever he is at the attorney general office there would join forces. Women need the knowledge that the attorney general is there to fight for the child's rights to child support.

If fatherhood can't be desperate then there is not any one to bypass after for infant help. a guy can't be compelled to pay infant help purely because of the fact he had intercourse with a woman. He has to have intercourse along with her and make somewhat one that is his infant. So, the subsequent step is to get welfare, food stamps, section 8 housing and all different public advantages that are available in for low earnings families. You get those issues while you're low earnings. A wealthy woman with somewhat one and no everyday father would not get any of those advantages because of the fact she is wealthy.

It used to be that Florida was the worst place in the world
to go after a man to pay child support, but I think it has changed alot in the past few years. Get in contact with
the Child Support Enforcement office and give them all the information you have and let them go after him, and stay after them to locate him, eventually they will find him,
and you will get the past child support owed and current.

My daughter is now 30 yrs. old, and guess what?? Her dad is still paying back child support..lol...the DA caught up with him..took his Drivers Li. away and he needed it back so we agreed that he pay all the back pay, 27 yrs. back..just so he can get the DL we agreed...but go into the DA office I paid nothing..try and find his SSN...get free advice from them or call a Lawyer they give free advice too...good luck...catch the sucker, girl your child deserves it...

If you have his social security number, he can be found no matter where he's at or where he's working. Just turn it in to the Attorney Generals office and they'll find him and garnish his wages.good luck!

well if you have the money, you can do a people search online ( I think its about $30-50) but if he's not working with you now..I would suggest speaking to a lawyer..I'd say you'll have to end up with one anyways.

contact child support unit,they will get your money for you,plus every thing from the pass,will take it from his employer,IRS,he will get his license,suspended,if he ever win the lottery they will take 30 % out of his winning for more child support.its worth it.
