does being little overweight hinder ur height, its a little serious cuz i wanna grow my full potential but if wieghts making a difference, i would work hard to lose weight, or too much muscle? ive heard that skiny people grow more than overweight... is it true?

If you are under weight because you are starving your growing body of invaluble nutrients and vitamins, it is possible you may stunt your growth a bit. the best way to go is to eat three balanced meals a day, and eat all of the food group serving suggestions. And you will grow to your full potential!!

No. That is not true. Skinny people look like they are growing tall fast because they are skinny and therefore, tend to look "long". LOL! But anyway, everyone has to watch their weight, without regards to their growing rate.
