A 380 needs longer runway to touch down and take off. But more importantly they need wider apron to park and better alingned arm for the passengers to embark and disembark. Most Indian airports are not ready. The exception might be the new ones like the Nedumbaserry in Kochi, the new one comming up in Bglore etc

Definitely, provided the runways can be extended and a few other things put in place.

The new international airport being built in Bangalore at Dasarahalli is being constructed mainly to accomodate the planes of the future like the A380.
