This message is based on a philosophy that requires people to abandon their intuitive defenses against anxiety. Giving up on your intuition is difficult. Non-violence works, but it goes counter to the intuitive urge to control. Only after gaining some insight with failure to control is it possible to open the mind to other possibilities.
