When I lived with my aunt her cat would walk up to me while I was taking a bite out of an apple and take a bite from the other side. He'd also steal the cores if I didn't throw them away immediately, and would eat the bits that I missed.

I don't think they've ever had the chance to eat an apple. They do like a lot of weird things though.

I have a cat the likes mashed sweet potatoes, another cat that likes pop corn and potatoe chips. All 3 cats like cheese.

Not apples but one of my cats LOVES zucchini, the other one goes nuts over potatoes - go figure eh?
