the g-spot is the "feel good" part of a female. It is not specific to one place for all females but is generally where the nerves bundle together either at the start of the clitoris or just inside the vagina. It is similar to the male g-spot, also called the p-spot because of its closeness to the prostate.
It is not good to generalize that americans are prudes and sometimes the way a question is worded will be cause for ignoring or removing it, not just the content.
