I'm on a diet, but for almost 4 days, I've eaten my butt off. I've got an exam tomorrow and it's so important. I hope to drop 6-8 pounds in exactly 3 weeks. I will get back on track now and find my own motivation. I'm just a little scared I can't focus on both my exams and my weight loss, so I just wanna hear some inspiring or encouraging words.

6 lbs in 3 weeks may be a stretch but I think you can do it, good luck with both your exams and efforts to lose weight

Don't be so hard on yourself! It's difficult to change your lifestyle and be more healthy, and if you have the additional stress of exams it's no wonder you've "fallen off the wagon," so to speak. Just relax and focus on doing your best on your exams. Get a good night's sleep, too. You'll be fine; three weeks is plenty of time to lose the weight.

Good luck!

I went from 200 lbs to 140 just by keeping at it for a year. Some times it went fast, sometimes it went sucky. I decided to be in it for the long haul. And six years after reaching my goal I still am there. So the year of losing still feels like a year of winning!

Focus on your exams. You can easily lose those few pounds after your exams. Just avoid carbs and exercise every day. But... your exams come first. You can do it!!! Good Luck!!!

UGH!

8 pounds is a very easy goal.

Don't think about it for the 3 weeks, think about it one day at a time.

You'll succeed that way.
