You tell them how they make you feel.. sometimes a person need to hear a positive word.. keep sharing and understanding there needs sometimes its just venting we all need a sounding board at times.

Yeh... the same thing has happend to me.. but you gotta stay strong.. and don't tell them that they mean the world to you show them... give them love and affection, and things will turn around itz all in time.. and most of all take it to the lord in prayer.

If I understand correctly, the person you like thinks of themself poorly, and you think the opposite?
I'd say what you felt, and try to make them see why you think they AREN'T nothing. I've done this for people that I really liked, and people who I was just friends with, and it seems to work.

Ask why they feel that way, what's happened to them. Then remind them that at least one person in this world loves them more than life itself, and you'll be there to listen when they want to unload.

Be thankful you found out about his character now. A person who would say that is a rotten louse. Move on and don't look back. He would have made your life a living hell.

i would tell them how much things like that scar a persons heart. and then i would turn around and leave . if they love you they will come back and apologize after they have thought about it
