I want to make something people really like to eat. I have a choice between rolls/bread, jellies/jams, or cakes/pies.
I am pretty good at making homemade cinnamon rolls or even thought about making a lemon merengue pie.
What should I make? I am not trying to win the contest, but a 4th place would be nice.

Applesauce Carrot Cake with Cream cheese icing and decorate it with icing pumpkins....it has won several blue ribbons

Do a dessert. Lemon Meringue Pie or an Apple Pie or a Cheesecake.

I vote for the cinnamon rolls.
You could do something to give them your "signature" easier than a lemon meringue.

i think a pie would be a good choice. pies stay fresh long after you baked it, cakes are good to i bet anything you cook would be great. my mouth is watering ;just looking at what you can bake good-luck

I have had really good luck with apricot pie and peanut butter pie, they both have distinct tastes and are not as popular which cause people to remember them more.
