They would pay more attention to you, and since some guys are shy and quiet, the quiet guys would try to secretly look at you while your not looking. Guys would also either just ask you out, or listen to you more than other guys or try to have a conversation with you.

Ask them out, duh. Or just tell her that you think she's cute and be physical toward her. But not harmful physical. Like grab her boods and playfully run away or grab her from behind and don't let go, unless she starts getting serious. Make sure she knows you're only joking around.
