What a stupid question. Of course they dont, unless they use their feet to do so. But they would have to get a friend or family member to do so. But why in the world would they want to pick their nose? Cause that is just so sicking, and only a child should be picking their nose. And the only reason they should be doing so is because they dont know any better. Why dont you grow up and be reasonable? Get a life!

Could use feet and toes in place of hands and fingers. Wiping after using the toilet might be more challenging, though.
