dry like its been sitting somwhere for a long time but it was warm the bread feelt hard like a rock and the sauce looks kinda dark like close to black. My question is can i call Pizzahut and they will give me a new one and if so do i have to pay for another delivery charge. Or should i just blow it off and keep a steady diet and order a salad instead.

You should call and complain. Once a went to pizza hut and I was having dinner with my whole family it was like 8 of us...Well when my dad's drink arrived the cup had something like mold so we complained and they gave us everything we ordered for free. then we one of the pizza's arrived it hald like 5 strands of hair right there on top of the cheese and they like gave us um.....it was like something sweet but i dont remember what is called.. Well my point that I guess they are pretty considerate and they probably send you another pizza for free. && i guess that also means free delivery.

I would call them and get another pizza delivered. They should give you the pizza for your trouble if that was really the way it was delivered. I don't think there is a delivery charge unless you live a long distance from the store.

You should call them and tell them the problem and they will deliver you a new pizza as long as you have the old one that they will take with them and there will not be any additional charges. At least that is how it is around where I live. I worked there for 10 years and that is what we would do with complaints like that.

Don't let people get over on you. Call them up and complain to the manger on duty ask him\ her that you unhappy with there service and it ruined your dinner plans. See what they suggest to make it right like sending out another fresh order, giving you a free pizza etc. I don't think you have to pay for delivery again either.

You should definitely call Pizza Hut and ask for your money back because who wants to eat dry, hard pizza? I'm not a big fan of their pizza, I would recommend going to an Italian pizza place.
Oh yeah, and salad is the better choice, but if you eat healthy regulary, it's nice to treat yourself :]

I just ate pizzahut yesterday..and it was nasty...waited forever to get it..only one of the pizzas had black olives and the bread wasn't cheese bread..I was hungry but I ate it anyways. You should complain for me and you and everyone else that get nasty food from there!

I don't order from Pizza Hut anymore since they delivered pizzas to me --on 2 occations--that were not even totally cooked. I've learned since from a friend who works there, that they do keep pizzas that were supposed to be picked up, but nobody came, for hours until some schmoe (like you, no offense) orders one to be delivered and gives it to them. i tried to e-mail the head office about my horrible pizzas, but to no avail.

I would definatley call them, and tell them what has happened. Explain to them how the pizza looks, and ask if you can get another sent to you. Being polite about the situation will help to.

If you don't tell the manager hell never know. You should call give your name so that next one you will get a free pizza. Because this one was unacceptable.
