I am guessing a Pek puppy. .We own a Lhasa Apso and definitely does not have those type of eyes. The Lhasa eyes are set back in just a wee bit where as this pup looks a little bumped out.

He is really young so it's alittle bit harder but my guess is a Shihtzu or a Lhasa apso

Cute dog take it to a vet and they will figure it out or any where they take care of dogs like HUMANE SOCIETY
