yes he does want me to be pregnant - he told me and yes we very much want it if it happened but out of respect for me he wants to wait until marriage. but he told me he'd be very happy if it happened!

What you're trying to do is incredibly disrespectful of your boyfriend. If he wanted you to be pregnant, he would have put the baby batter in the right place. Until you can be less selfish and more considerate of your boyfriend's wishes, you don't deserve to have him, and my guess is that if he found out you were doing stuff like that to try to get pregnant when he wasn't ready yet he wouldn't want to be with you.
To answer your question? Yes, it's possible to get pregnant that way, but you ought to be ashamed of yourself. Don't you want your child to have a father who WANTED it?

you have a better chance of getting pregnant using the pull and pray method then just putting some on your finger and putting it in. The sperm count is higher in the pre ***
