i need a vet open at night to take my sick puppy to. looking for someplace open not emergency only where you call them in.

Awwww.....I am from south dayton, but don't know any 24 hour ones. If you can wait til tomorrow...call dr COATNEY...he is the best of the best...very compassionate and sweet. He and his daughter (she's great too) work on Far Hills Ave between Whipp and Alex Bell. Far hills Animal clinic.
He'll probably hate me for this but maybe you can look him up in the phonebook and leave a message and he can call you before his office opens. He saved my dog when it was hit by a car, and helped my mom's 3 cats when she was in the hospital.

look in your phone book... odds are that in a city like that you could find an after-hours clinic, or even a 24-hour emergency animal hospital.
