Many people are confused about the Bible's account of creation. It does not say that the physical universe was created in six days. If you will look closely in Genesis chapter one, you will see that the material universe (heavens and the earth) already was in existence BEFORE the fist day even started. See Gen. 1:1-5. The creative days that are mentioned in the first chapter of Genesis pertain to vast time periods in which Jehovah God used to prepare the earth for human habitation. They are not made up of six 24-hour days.

Should we even try to point out that the fossil record is so much different than Genesis? Six thousand years is laughable.
Also the whole light creation thing, kinda does sound like it means the whole universe
1:13 And the evening and the morning were the third day.
1:14 And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:
Sounds like stars to me. Please don't bend the words to try to make it fit what you know has to be right. That is not what they say at all. It says he spent all this time on Earth and the as almost an afterthought on day three did everything else in the whole rest of the Universe. I know that is not what happened, and apparently so do you.

God described 1 day as being 1000 years to him. Also the idea of creation is that it speeds up as it goes on. The first day could represent 1 billion years and the last could be actually just 1 year.

Genesis 1:1-31 is talking about creation of all things, including the stars, the sun, and the moon, and every living creature including mankind. And yes it was done in 6 days. And yes within the past 6000 - 10000 years. God Created everything out of nothing. Earth didn't exist until God called it forth into creation.

Says who? The context and syntax clearly does state that.
You are merely trying to reconcile the secular humanist ideal of evolution with the biblical account of creation. Scofield tried to do this in the notes of his original study Bible, and were later taken out when people realized how absurd it was.
The issue really boils down to this. Either God has made His Word completely inerrant and all sufficient, and something we can trust, or He didn't. If the Bible is not trustworthy in its details, then why bother at all?
Ultimately, either man becomes the arbiter of what is true in the Bible, or God meant what He said. As Paul says, "Let God be true, and everyone else a liar. As it is written: "You are right when you speak, and win your case when you go into court." (Romans 3:4)

It didn't talk about Physical creation (I just know it talked about creation, in the beginning God created the heavens and the earth) for God in the bible that is why He was able to create the earth is 6 days. That is the only Powerful way to do it. Otherwise Us humans would be able too.

I don't believe the bible is speaking of physical days as we know them rather it means an era of time. God gave us the day that we have as a vital part of our survival if you will do some research on this scientist have been in awe of how the time period that one spin of the earth effects our very health. That is why I don't think this just happened like some of them think

Yes it was. Everything else is just a figment of your imagination.
[I just thought of another answer. Here it is:
Yes, it was all created in only six days--if the earth was rotating very, very slowly.
The next time you want information about important stuff, like the origin of everything, you know where to go: anywhere but to me!]
[[I should also add that, in my opinion, the below post by DuckPhup, is beautifully written and very well thought out.]]
