hey bob i think it all starts by what we eat, u know good fuel v bad fuel!
i rekon that 2 have beautiful thoughts a person should not any creature that was alive cos they have feelings 2 ya kno
fresh natural foods with no chemical additives / products and olive leaf extract mate, thats the way to go for beautiful characteristics

Mine is impatience. I don't know what I can do to change this because it is inbred into me socially from being raised on the East Coast, New Jersey to be exact. They are not known for cordial behavior to say the least! I just think no matter who we are, we all have a special place on this earth to do something for the betterment of humanity in some way even if it is a Secretary or a Cashier. So no matter how "Ugly" we get we have some sort of good to bring forward in this life.

I get cranky sometimes, I could get more sleep. I am addicted to yahoo answers once the kids are in bed. Sometimes I am on the computer past midnight.
I promise I will not be ugly tomorrow. I will even make a big sun shiny breakfast.

I'm not ugly nor is my personality. However, there are things/habits that I think stagnates one's person whether that's smoking (social and health reasons), cursing, temper, addictions, compulsions, obsessions..anything negative. Be aware of what they are and practice something new.

I am not sure why you may or may not be ugly. I tend to think that we are made with imperfections, but through God we can be made perfect.

ha im the ugliest because of that one day with that one chick when we did that one thing to the one guy but it didnt happen because that one person came from the one place and said no for that one reson. but ill change clothes and be sexy again
