I'm trying to eat a lot everyday to gain weight (as well as taking whey protein), but I poop at least twice a day; biggg poop too. What's the point for doing all these if the food will end up in the toilet?

you dont want to do something that will affect your health or just yield short term effects. i was 120 @ age 23 so i know what you're going through. follow the food pyramid and you should do fine. the trick is not to eat more but to eat what you're suppose to. stick with 2000 calories unless you do a lot of physical activity. www.mypyramid.gov has great information.

Isn't most of human waste bacteria? If you are trying to gain weight one thing you can do is eat canned soups but instead of adding a whole can of water, add only half of the water. Then you have increased calories. Hot meat sandwiches are good as well, with lots of gravy. That is what I ate when I was trying to gain weight. Ice cream is a real fat food too.

Your body will pass the fiber that it cannot absorb. Not to worry... You don't lose any calories this way. If you're eating to gain weight try adding high quality, high calorie foods and not just junk. It's also helpful to have 6-8 meals per day.

Another good way to add weight is to work out and lift weights. You'll build muscle, which weighs more than fat.
