I bought a software cd on ebay and a cable to use with one of my phones and it worked great. I bet you could find similar things for the razr there.

You need a data cable or bluetooth adapter and a Motorola Mobile Software 4.0. Don't get any older version other than 4.0 which is the latest version.

i dont know bout the motorola razr...
i have a motorola mpx200 and i use microsoft's Active Sync program
but i guess its cos my moto is a windows based mobile

Mobil Edit works pretty well for the razor...I used it when I used to have one, but it costs $20 after the 1 month trial.
also if you just want to send things from your computer to your phone try mobstorage.net or maybe .com free service holds files for 1 day then you go to mobstorage.wap and download it you your phone.
