There is this guy who has liked me since 6th grade (were in 8th grade). I've known but I don't like him back. He is still being an imature child about it and making fun of me and other stuff children would do when they like someone. What should I do about him?

Kick him in the groin if he touches you inappropriately.

Seriously, talking is one thing, but touching is another.

Let the teacher know that he is annoying you and harassing you. That way there is an opportunity for him to be warned. He might stop bothering you then. However, he probably won't. I'd request that my teacher call his parents. That could make him stop too. It depends on how tough his parents are.

Once he crosses the line and touches you, you have the right to defend yourself. Until then, I'd ignore him, walk away from him.

Try to get another girl to be interested in him. Maybe that would take the focus off you.

Finally, "masteruro" had a great answer. I agree with her idea too. I also believe talking about other guys will get you the results you want.

When he jokes about it, make sure not to laugh, or something that encourages it. Give him a dirty look, or be like " lay the f off dude." I dont fing like u okay? But if you dont want to be rude, then just take him off to the side and tell him " im sorry but i just dont like you and could you just lay off on the immature stuff?" Maybe he'll get the hint, or talk about another guy around him. So he knows you dont dig him.

lthink of a way to deal with it sympathetically and without making an enemy of him, that will show you are a responsible young woman now.
Dont forget, "what goes around comes around" and pretty soon you will feel that way about someone else and get the same response, so think of how you would like him to treat you when it happens - it will.

Have you tried saying to his face " Such an immature boy, no wonder you don't have a girl friend". " Go play with the 6th grader's girls and don't bother me"

If he doesn't get a hint, at least you give it a shot.

Personally I would just tell him like it is and don't feed him the attention that he's trying to get from you by acting like that.

I think you should let him know that you know that he is acting and that you want him to stop. You should start off being friends and see where it leads you to.

if he's still being immature just ignore him.. the best thing for guys is when you ignore them... especially if they're being immature....drop all the drama.. once you're in highschool in college no one cares.. you're so close!

ignore him. once all his efforts prove to be futile towards your indifference, he will get tired of trying to provoke you. give him the cold shoulder and walk away when he comes towards you.

Tell him you'd like to talk to him privately and tell him that if he likes you and truly respects you he'll treat you that way.
